How do I sign up for the Joy calling service?
There’s no need to register, simply dial the access number
for the country you wish to call.
Do prices really start from just
2p per minute?
Yes! For price details select the country you wish to call from
the search menu provided.
You can also confirm call rates from BT landlines by visiting the
BT website and selecting the relevant access number (EG: 0871 for
10p/min access number via 0871 317 1111).

I am a NTL or Telewest customer, can I still use Joy Telecom?
Yes our access numbers can be used from most UK landlines including NTL & Telewest. All charges will appear on your normal phonebill at the rates stated throughout this website. For further details regarding NTL or Telewest call charges please click the link below:

Can I make calls from my mobile?
Yes, please note that calls from mobile phones maybe charged at a higher rate, please check with your network provider for details.

How are my calls billed?
Calls are billed directly to your phone bill. Charges are inclusive
of VAT and charged on a per second basis.
I prefer using calling cards –
why should I consider changing?
Calling cards are often unreliable, have various hidden charges
and do not offer the flexibility of the Joy calling service.
Joy has an ‘upfront’ pricing policy with no hidden
charges, and allows you to pay as you go, rather than prepay for
credit.
Can I inform friends and family about
this service?
Yes, our prices are based on call volumes, so the more people that
use our service the cheaper our calls become. To tell a friend about

When do call charges take effect?
Calls are charged from the moment you hear the Joy call prompt.
You will be charged even if your destination number is engaged or
unobtainable. However, this charge will be by the second and therefore
should be minimal.
Can I use these access numbers outside
the UK?
Unfortunately our service can only be used from within the UK.
